Leigh Gaspar

Leigh Gaspar joined the Boston Foundation in October 2021, in the newly created position of Vice President and Special Assistant to the President and CEO. In her role, she plays an instrumental part in ensuring that the foundation is working effectively and cooperatively across departments, while building strong, trusting partnerships with the Foundation’s partners, donors, Board of Directors and other stakeholders.

Prior to joining the Boston Foundation, Leigh worked as Associate Vice President of Alumni Engagement at Emerson College, where she served as a member of the Institutional Advancement Leadership Team, and oversaw Alumni Relations, Digital Alumni Engagement, and Annual Giving functions. She also worked as Director of Employer and Association Marketing Programs at Liberty Mutual Insurance, held several Marketing and Communications positions at Tufts Health Plan, and served over twelve years in multiple leadership roles in Bentley University’s Advancement Office.

Leigh holds a B.A. degree in English from Providence College. She lives in Waltham, MA with her daughter.
