For more than 20 years, the Greater Boston Housing Report Card has tracked data on housing supply, demand and affordability. This year, in addition to exploring the core metrics of the market with Boston Indicators, the report includes a special report on the opportunity presented - and prevented - for the development of housing on available public land in Greater Boston.

In this report, researchers from the Instituto Diaspora Brasil, offer an in-depth analysis of the demographics of the Brazilian population in Greater Boston, along with rich insights gathered from interviews and focus groups with second-generation Brazilians, community-based organizations, entrepreneurs, religious leaders, and artists, to capture a nuanced analysis of the nation's second-largest Brazilian population - right here in Massachusetts.
