C.A. Webb builds communities that work. For 25 years, she has ushered in technological and social transformation in emergent and rapidly changing industries by creating innovative and inclusive technology and social platforms.
C.A. reinvented and scaled innovation community platforms at the Kendall Square Association and the New England Venture Capital Association, built and launched a venture capital fund (Underscore), co-founded a foundation (Trinity Boston Foundation), and designed original and impactful marketing programs and products at Whole Foods Market, Preserve, Care.com, and Fast Company magazine.
Currently, C.A. partners with founders and chief executives driving transformational change. She does business model and product strategy work with global design and innovation firm IDEO and recently served as acting CMO for rare disease drug discovery platform company Vibe Bio.
C.A. is a graduate of Wellesley College and serves on the boards of The Boston Foundation and MassRobotics and is a member of the Eastern Bank Board of Ambassadors. C.A. has been named “one of the 100 Most Influential People in Boston” by Boston Magazine and an “Innovation All Star” by the Boston Business Journal.
