Hurricanes Helene and Milton: A TBF Giving Guide
October 1, 2024
In the aftermath of Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton, there are a number of places where donors can help support the communities that are affected. The resources below have been compiled as a giving guide.
As a community foundation, we know the critical role that community foundations can play in supporting nonprofit organizations at the heart of the relief efforts. With the aftermath of the disaster still unfolding, you can help by sharing or donating to the rapid response funds activated by these foundations in the impacted states (list shared from the Community Foundation Awareness Initiative). In addition, there are a number of other organizations that are playing critical roles in the recovery efforts, a running list is below. We will continue to add to this list over time – Boston Foundation donor-advised fund holders with questions should reach out to our Donor Services team at donorservices@tbf.org or 617-338-2213.
